Peter has decades of experience as an educator and professional auditor.

Before focusing on online business education for the last several years, Peter spent 35 years as a professional accountant for public accounting firms, the private sector, and the Canadian government tax department, the Canada Revenue Agency.

Peter has taught various Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Auditing, and Taxation courses for the Canada Revenue Agency, for Certified General Accountants of Ontario (one of the three predecessor organizations for Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario), for the Becker CPA Review course (preparing students for the U.S. Certified Public Accountant exams), and for the University of Toronto Continuing Studies Department.

More recently, Peter has worked as a Facilitator for Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario for the Core 2 module (which covers the subjects Management Accounting, Strategy and Governance, and Finance) and for the Taxation module of CPA Canada’s Professional Education Program. These modules are completed by candidates as part of the education pathway towards earning the designation Chartered Professional Accountant in Canada.
